Since opening in 1994, d.b.a has been a leader in the craft beer movement serving great beer before great beer was cool. This East Village spot boasts an impressive list of domestic and imported beers in bottle and on draft in addition to the extensive whiskey, tequila and bourbon selections. A great back yard and a bar cat named Maggie (Tennessee Williams fans, anyone? Maggie the Cat?) add to the atmosphere while regular offerings like Cheesy Mondays (complimentary cheese plate with your drinks at the bar from 5:00- 8:30) will keep you coming back for more.
