Back in April, host Jimmy Carbone gathered with Alvinne Barrel Manager Glenn Castelein, Brewmaster Davy Spiessens and Marc De Keukeleire, "the yeast whisperer," who clutivated the brewery's house yeast strain called "Morpheus."
